We help “ethnic” restaurants to reduce single use plastics and to improve their waste sorting skills
We contact some “ethnic” restaurants in Bergamo, Brescia and Milan to support them in the comprehension of the Single Use Plastics European Directive and in improving the way in which they sort waste. We use linguistic and intercultural mediation as an innovative approach in the field of environmental sustainability.
